Cancellation Policy |
From
date of booking until 60 days before arrival:
$100 Cancellation Fee.
Within
60 days of arrival: Full payment due unless
I am able to rent out to someone else. In
that case, I will refund the number of days
I am able to rent from your dates.
No refunds/shortened
stays allowed, no refunds from day of arrival.

Unit Starter Kit |
For your convenience, a start-up kit of
toilet paper, tissue, paper towels, dishwashing
soap, bath soap may
be provided in the unit on your arrival date.
It will be at the guest's discretion to purchase
additional supplies as needed. |

It is necessary to stop by our property
manager AAOceanfront to
register and pick-up keys for your room accommodations.
If arrival is after 5:00 PM, please contact

Check-out Time |
11:00 AM: All guests must return keys to
AA Oceanfront Condo Rentals office. |
Late Check-out Requests |
Additional charge for late check-outs will
apply as follows: *Check-outs after 11:00 AM
to 5:00 PM = ½ day unit rental charge
*Check-outs after 5:00 PM = 1 full day unit
rental charge

Unit Accommodations |
All guest are financially responsible for
damage or excess use to the condominium(s)
while they are occupying the unit(s). Your
credit card will be charged for any missing
or damaged items, excessively soiled carpets,
furniture or bedding, other than normal wear & tear.
